FRIED RICE 
6 c. cooked rice
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion
1/2 lb. pork, cubed
3 eggs, scrambled
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. soy sauce

Combine pork cubes, green pepper and onion; fry until done. Add bacon, egg and 1 tablespoon of 1/4 cup soy sauce. Add rice, seasonings and rest of soy sauce. Cook on medium-high heat stirring constantly until heated through and mixed thoroughly.
