SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked/mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter (melted)
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter (melted)

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, 1 stick butter, eggs, and vanilla together and pour into an 8 x 8 baking dish

Mix brown sugar, pecans flour, and 1/2 stick of butter together and spread on top of potatoes.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F.
