DIET CHILI 
1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 (13 oz.) can French green beans, drained
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 (13 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
Chili powder to taste
Sweet basil to taste

Brown meat, pour off excess grease. Add remaining ingredients; add chili powder and sweet basil last. Simmer 20 minutes. 6 servings.
