STUFFED TOMATOES 
1 med. tomato for each person
1/2 c. to 3/4 c. your favorite tuna salad mix

Wash tomatoes. Cut off blossom end tomato and scoop out the inside of tomato. Mix your tuna salad and fill the inside of each tomato. Sprinkle top of each tomato with paprika and sprig of parsley. Chill about 2 to 3 hours before serving.
