STUFFED TOMATOES 
1 pt. creamy cole slaw
1 (9 1/4 oz.) can water-packed tuna
4 lg. tomatoes
Paprika
1 med. cucumber, thinly sliced

Drain tuna and break into chunks in a medium mixing bowl. Add cole slaw and toss together with tuna. Cover and chill in freezer for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, core tomatoes. Place each tomato, stem end down, on a cutting board. Cut into six wedges cutting to, but not through, the stem end of the tomato. Spread the wedges apart slightly. Repeat with remaining tomatoes.

Fill each tomato cup with one-fourth of tuna mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

Place each tomato cup on a white luncheon plate. Arrange cucumber slices in a petal design around tomato cups.
