RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
Beat with: 1/4 c. milk 2 egg yolks 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. milk 3/4 c. sugar Whites of eggs, beaten 1 c. or more rhubarb for each pie shell 2 pie shells Line pie shells with rhubarb and pour liquid over. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees until done. |
