2 cans artichoke hearts
Seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten

Rinse and drain artichoke hearts. Cut in halves and dip in egg, then bread crumbs. Fry in oil until light golden brown. Serve hot or cold as hors d'oeuvres or with meal.
