SHRIMP SALAD 
1/2 pkg. sm. Creamette macaroni shells
2 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
1 jar diced pimentos
1 sm. onion, chopped fine (optional)
2-3 hard-boiled eggs
2 lb. cooked shrimp

DRESSING:

1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. half & half

Mix all the salad ingredients; toss lightly with the dressing and chill 2 to 3 hours before serving.
