SOMBRERO DIP 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
2 lb. browned ground beef
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
Black pepper, garlic powder and salt to taste
1 sm. bottle hot ketchup
1 can kidney beans, drained

Mix in large skillet. Stir in large package Velveeta cheese. Serve hot with chips.
