CARAMEL BROWNIES 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix (Pillsbury or Duncan Hines)
2/3 c. Milnot
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
14 oz. pkg. Kraft caramels
1 stick melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans

In a pan melt caramels in 1/3 cup Milnot. Put cake mix, pecans, 1/3 cup Milnot and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well together, batter will be stiff. Press 1/2 of this mixture into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake 6 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove immediately and sprinkle chocolate chips over this, then pour melted caramels. Crumble remaining cake mixture over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Cool.
