KOUGEL 
2 c. very fine noodles
4 oz. Breakstone Farmers Cheese (a flat cheese)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 stick butter
Couple drops vanilla
Pinch salt

Cook noodles according to directions. Mix cheese (grated), eggs and other ingredients together, except the butter. Melt butter and put in a 2 quart casserole dish. Add the drained noodles. Pour other ingredients over noodles. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
