SPANISH STEAK 
2 lbs. thin round steak
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
Flour, salt, pepper, chili powder
1 clove garlic
Vegetable oil
1 sm. can tomatoes
Oregano & cumin

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, flour and chili powder. Brown meat on both sides in a little oil. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer until meat is tender. If sauce is too thick, thin with a little beef broth.
