PISTACHIO AMBROSIA 
1 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
1 16 oz. can chunky pineapple or pineapple tidbits
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 16 oz. container Cool Whip
1 c. miniature marshmallows

In a large bowl, mix pineapple together and sprinkle pudding mix on top. Let sit for about 3 minutes.

Combine nuts and coconut and fold into mixture. Blend in Cool Whip and marshmallows. Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
