SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 lb. ground beef or turkey
2 cans peas
1 can sliced carrots
2-3 c. hot mashed potatoes
Paprika
Parsley flakes
Pat of butter

Brown meat and drain. Keep 1/4 cup juice from peas or carrots. Spray casserole or baking pan with Pam. Meat first then layer 1 can peas, 1 can carrots, then other peas. Add juice and top with potatoes. Add pat of butter, sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
