SIMPLE SIMON | |
1 pkg. cheese crackers, crushed 2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/2 c. salad oil 2 broiler-fryers, cut in serving size pieces Place cracker crumbs in a pie plate; stir in seasoned salt. Pour salad oil into a second pie plate. Dip chicken in salad oil. Then dip chicken in cracker crumbs, coat well. Place in a single layer in an ungreased large shallow pan. Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees), 1 hour, or until tender. Serve warm or cold. |
