SLOPPY JOES 
2 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. oil
2 c. chopped onions
2 cans pork & beans (1 lb. each)
1 3/4 c. (18 oz. bottle) Open Pit BBQ sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. water

Brown meat in oil. Put in large kettle. Saute onions until tender. Add to meat. Then add beans, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, mustard and water. Bring to boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Makes 8 cups or 12 sandwiches. Serve with dill pickles and carrot sticks.
