MINTED CARROTS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. mint jelly or 2 tsp. chopped fresh mint
5-6 carrots, cut into strips, cooked

Combine butter, honey and mint jelly or fresh mint in saucepan. Heat on low to melt butter; add the carrots, drained, and simmer until glazed about 8 minutes.
