BEEF BRISKET 
3 lb. fresh beef brisket

Sprinkle both sides with Accent, onion salt, garlic salt, celery salt and pepper. Place on heavy duty foil.

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Pour on meat, seal, cook at 250 degrees for 7-8 hours. Cool in refrigerator overnight, slice and warm. Meat must be cool to cut, it becomes very tender. Allow 2 hours 40 minutes per pound.
