LAYERED ORIENTAL CHICKEN 
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can minute rice
Dash of soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. Chinese pea pods
2 c. diced chicken
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
3/4 c. bread crumbs

Mix soup, milk, rice, soy sauce, and ginger. Spread it in a 10-inch square lasagne pan. The second layer is celery and pea pods. Layer 3 is the diced chicken. The top layer is cheese and bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
