QUICHE PIE 
9 inch unbaked (deep) pie shell
2 onions
8 slices bacon
3 eggs
8 oz. cheese (any kind)
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg

Bake unpricked shell on 425 degrees 6 minutes or until lightly brown. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Fry bacon and crumble in pieces; retain fat. Saute onion in fat. In separate bowl, mix balance of ingredients, except cheese. Put half of bacon on top of cheese; pour the other ingredients over top of that. Crumble balance of bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
