CHOPPED BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli (may use fresh)
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1 c. stuffed green olives, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Mayonnaise

Cook broccoli until crisp and tender. Drain and cool. Add rest of ingredients (enough mayonnaise to stick together). Refrigerate until ready to serve. Better if made several hours ahead. Serves 10-12.
