FROZEN STRAWBERRY SORBET | |
4 c. whole unsweetened frozen strawberries 4 tbsp. vanilla non-fat yogurt 2 packets Equal 4 sprigs mint 1. Puree the frozen strawberries in food processor until crumbly. Let rest for 30 seconds. 2. Add yogurt and sweetener and puree until smooth, scraping down the sides of the food processor. Transfer to a 1 quart plastic container, cover, freeze. 3. Before serving, let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes and garnish each serving with a sprig of mint. 4. 3/4 cup serving. Approximately 60 calories each. |
