EASY CHICKEN AND RICE ITALIAN 
1 frying chicken, cut up
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 c. rice
Parmesan cheese
Oregano

Lay rice, uncooked, in bottom of baking pan, size 9x13. Put chicken parts on top of rice. Cover with mixture of soup and water. Sprinkle oregano and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, covered with foil. Remove foil and bake additional 15 to 30 minutes. Serves 4.
