ITALIAN CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. rice (converted)
2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. chicken broth
2 pkgs. dry salad dressing (Good Seasons)
Boneless chicken (2 cut up broilers or 4-6 chicken breasts)

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Place uncooked rice in bottom of rectangular pan.

Mix warm water and chicken broth. Pour over rice. Sprinkle 1 package Good Seasons dressing over rice mixture. Place chicken breasts over rice, then sprinkle 2nd package salad dressing over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven for 1 hour.
