CAULIFLOWER IN CHIPPED BEEF
SAUCE
 
1 1/2 lbs. cauliflower
2 c. white sauce
1 c. grated cheese
2 oz. chip beef

Cauliflower must stand in salted cold water 1 hour. Drain and rinse in cold water. Cook cauliflower in water about 8 minutes. Make white sauce, then add cheese and chipped beef. Pour sauce over cooked cauliflower.
