2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
5 to 6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water

Cook onion in butter until tender. Add flour and water and mix until smooth. Add the Cheez Whiz and mix well until well blended. Cook broccoli until tender and drain well. Add slightly beaten eggs. Mix together with onion and Cheez Whiz mixture and bake in 1 1/2 quart casserole for approximately 40 minutes in 325 degree oven.
