RASPBERRY SAUCE 
1 or 2 pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
1 shot Chamboird liquor per pkg. of raspberries used
2 tbsp. sugar for pkg. used

Blend all ingredients in a blender, on puree setting. Run through a sieve, if desired, to eliminate the seeds. Serve on chocolate desserts such as chocolate cheesecake, torte cake, or mousse. You can use your imagination; this is even good on pancakes! Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
