1 c. sugar 1 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 c. oatmeal 1 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. coconut Cream together sugars and butter. Add eggs, and cream. Stir in flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Blend in oatmeal, Rice Krispies and coconut. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes. Variations: 2 c. Wheaties instead of Rice Krispies. 1 cup chopped nuts instead of coconut. |
