1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Either cherry pie filling or kind desired

Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix all ingredients, except pie filling and spread evenly in pan. Place teaspoon of pie filling in imaginary squares of approximately 2 inches each. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut while warm. Cool and remove from pan or serve as is.
