SCALLOPED LOBSTER 
1 1/2 c. lobster meat
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. thin cream
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
Salt & pepper

Mix together in a buttered casserole and top with cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with tossed green salad and potato chips.
