SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground sausage
3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
6 eggs
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown sausage in skillet. Combine milk, Bisquick and eggs and mix for 1 minute with electric mixer. Spread drained sausage in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and cover with biscuit mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
