THERESA'S PIE CRUST 
2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
3/4 c. soy oil butter, slightly softened
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. ice water

Mix well, adding ice water a little at a time, using fork to insure mixture of ingredients. Flour cloth then put dough on cloth. Place Saran Wrap over ball of dough. Roll over Saran Wrap in even motions.
