HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/3 c. water
2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate (1 oz. each)
1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Place water and chocolate in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat; stir in sugar and salt. Return to medium heat and cook for about 8 minutes, or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and mix in butter and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream.
