GREENBRIAR SALAD 
1 lg. lime Jello
24 lg. marshmallows
Sm. can crushed pineapple
1 env. Dream Whip or 1 lg. container Cool Whip
Sm. carton of cottage cheese, sm. curd
1 c. shredded coconut
2 c. warm water

Heat Jello, marshmallows and warm water until marshmallows melt. Set aside to cool. When cooled, add cottage cheese and set in refrigerator. Mix Dream Whip as directed on package or use Cool Whip. Set in refrigerator.

When Jello has partially set up, fold in Dream Whip or Cool Whip and coconut. Set in refrigerator to jell. Use 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan.
