SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. hot sausage, cooked and drained
6 slices white bread, spread with butter, cut into cubes
6 eggs
2 c. half & half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Put in layers of bread, sausage, then cheese. In separate bowl, beat eggs, half & half, mustard and salt. Pour over mixture, chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6-8.
