SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. mild sausage
9 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. milk
3 slices bread, cubed small
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese, sharp Cheddar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Brown sausage, drain well. Mix all ingredients, place in 9x13 inch baking dish, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
