LEMON CHEESE CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
2/3 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Dissolve Jell-O into water; beat into cream cheese and sugar. Chill until slightly thick. Whip 1 cup cream or Dream Whip. Fold in mixture. Put into pan of graham cracker crust. Top with any fruit filling. Delicious!
