PIZZA CASSEROLE | |
6 oz. fettuccine, broken 3-1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni 15-1/2 oz. pizza sauce 1-1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 4 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained 1 can sliced black olives, drained 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Add pasta to 8 cups of boiling water. Reduce heat. Cook in gently boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain. Return to pan. Halve pepperoni; add to pasta. Stir in pizza sauce, 3/4 cup of Mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, olives, and Parmesan. Transfer to a 12 x 7-1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until hot. Serves 6. |
