MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
3 eggs
1 c. oil or a little less
1 can cream corn
1 1/2 c. homogenized milk
1/2 tsp. red pepper
Salt

Mix well and pour in skillet. Cook on 400 degrees until done, about 45 minutes.
