CHICKEN & RICE BAKE 
1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 1/2 c. cold water
6-8 pieces chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup

Place rice in greased casserole; sprinkle with soup mix. Pour in water; top with chicken. Spread with soup. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 2 hour or until brown and thick.
