OATMEAL CARAMEL COOKIES | |
1 1/2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. granulated sugar 2 eggs 3 c. rolled oats 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 1/2 c. coconut Cream butter, sugars and eggs. Add flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Add oats, pecans and coconut. Work with spoon. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Shape and flatten with wet fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yield: 7 dozen. |
