CARAMEL FILLED COOKIES 
2 1/4 c flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda

1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter

2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Then add flour mixture (optional, add 1/2 cup chopped pecans), and 50 Rolos candy with (hands slightly floured) take 1 tablespoon of dough and wrap it around Rolo and dip top of cookie in mixture of: 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 1 tablespoon of sugar (put more on bottom of cookie of dough under Rolo so the Rolo does not melt to the pan) and has a nice amount of dough. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees. (Dough is dark, careful not to burn.)
