QUICHE 
1 c. chopped ham
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1-2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Pastry for 1 crust pie

Toss together ham, mushrooms, onions, and cheese. Put it into the pie crust. Beat eggs, then beat in the mayonnaise, milk, salt and dill. Pour over the ham mixture. Bake at 400 degrees about 30 to 45 minutes until inserted knife comes out clean.
