OLD FASHIONED SWISS STEAK 
1/2 cup Flour
2 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
2 lb. Round Steak - Cut in Serving Pieces
3 tbsp. Cooking Oil
1 Garlic clove - Minced
2 Cups Chopped Green Peppers
1 cup Chopped Celery
1 cup Chopped Onions
2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) diced Undrained Tomatoes
1 cup Beef Broth
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Cold Water

In a large plastic bag combine 1/2 Cup flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and garlic salt. Add beef and toss to coat. Remove meat from bag and pound with mallet. heat oil in Dutch oven and brown steak. Add garlic, green pepper, celery and onion. Cook 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, broth, soy sauce and salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 325 for 2 hours. Remove from oven.

In a small bowl combine water and remaining flour and stir into juices. Bring to a boil till thickened.

Serves 6-8.
