SLIDE ROCK SALSA 
2 (10 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
1 can chopped green chilies
1 sm. onion, chopped (use less to taste)
1/4 c. fresh cilantro
2 anaheim chilies, chopped or jalapeno for hotter flavor
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin powder

Place ingredients in a food processor. Blend off and on a few times to keep a chunky consistency or chop ingredients fine. Serve with tacos, fajitas as a dip or mixed with yogurt or sour cream as a dressing on a chicken taco salad.
