CREAM PUFFS 
PUFF:

1 c. water
1 stick butter
Pinch of salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs, room temperature

CREAM:

6 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
6 tsp. flour
2 1/2 med. size glasses of milk

In saucepan bring to boil water, butter and salt. Pour in flour and stir vigorously until well mixed and batter leaves sides of pan. Cool batter for 15 minutes. Stir in eggs until batter is well mixed, approximately 10 minutes. By teaspoon drop onto buttered cookie pan and bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until brown.

In medium size saucepan mix egg yolks, sugar, flour individually. Add milk and mix until lumps dissolve. Over low heat, stir with wooden spoon continuously until cream bubbles. Cool. Refrigerate until cool. Cut puffs and fill with cream. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
