1 env. Liptons onion soup mix
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 fryer, cut up
Salt & pepper
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 sm. can cream of mushroom soup, diluted
1 sm. can pimento, if desired

Spread onion soup in baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with the rice. Place the chicken over the rice, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour the diluted mushroom soup over the chicken. Top with the mushrooms and pimento if desired. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven until chicken is brown, 70-90 minutes.
