PINEAPPLE DELIGHT 
Yellow Jiffy cake mix or 1/2 box reg. size cake mix
Vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. cream cheese, thin with 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. milk (may use drained pineapple juice as part of measure)
Sm. can crushed pineapple or any canned fruit
Sm. container Cool Whip

Bake cake in 9 x 13 inch pan as per instructions. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Combine pudding, cream cheese, and milk; spread on cooled cake. Using drained fruit, spread over pudding mixture. Let set a few minutes and cover with Cool Whip. Make at least 4 hours ahead of time. Gets better as it set.

Variation: Use chocolate cake mix, 1 package chocolate instant pudding mix.
