STUFFIN' MUFFINS | |
1/2 c. finely chopped celery 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 3/4 stick butter (6 tbsp.) 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk 7 or 8 oz. pkg. Stuffing mix 2 eggs, well beaten Saute celery and onion in butter until tender. Add milk and water. Pour over stuffing mix. Stir in egg. Let stand 10 minutes. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each of 12 well greased muffin cups. Bake in 325 degree oven 35 to 40 minutes. |
