DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. softened butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
1 c. cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water

Soften yeast in the water. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and yeast. Add flour to form stiff dough. Mix well, cover and let rise to double. Turn into greased baking bowl and let rise in warm place 40 to 50 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 50 minutes. Brush with soft butter and sprinkle lightly with salt. Cool before cutting.
